MAYB offers tournaments year round for boys and girls in 22 different states. Tournaments are locally hosted and sponsored, and can be a great fundraising opportunity for each of the individual communities involved. Spirit Basketball League League Description. Spirit Basketball is a competitive, coach-select basketball league. Coaches focus on fun and player development during a 12-game season. The Gretna Basketball Association tournament gives Omaha area youth an opportunity to play basketball against GBA teams and the best teams in the surrounding area. The GBA youth basketball experience is focused on fun and fundamental learning. Teams with players from 3rd to 8th Grade compete for the tournament championship with games held in the Gretna Public Schools.
